If you’ve installed a new device driver in Windows but it doesn’t work, then simply follow this process to remove it.
- Right-click on My Computer, then left-click on Manage
- Click on Device Manager
- Find the problem device, right-click on it and click on Properties
- Click on the Driver tab and then on the Roll Back Driver button
To complete the process, make sure you restart your computer after removing the driver.
